Agreement
By using Bina Al you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Bina Al, [Street, Baku, Azerbaijan]. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
Bina Al shows property listings collected from bina.az together with statistics and estimated fair values. Bina Al is not a real-estate agency, doesn’t list properties itself, and isn’t a party to any deal between you and a seller or landlord.
Some pages show ads provided by Google. Ads are not recommendations by Bina Al, and we are not responsible for advertisers’ products, services or websites.
Information and estimates
Listing details come from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Fair values, market statistics and yields are automated statistical estimates. They are not a professional appraisal, a guarantee of price, or financial, legal or investment advice. Always verify a property, its documents and its price before making a decision.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give a valid email address.
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time in your profile.
Plans and payments
Search and market analytics are free. The free plan shows the fair-value analysis for a limited number of listings. Paid plans add the analysis for every listing and extra features: Standard includes CSV export; Pro also includes Excel, HTML and PDF exports and API access. The Plans page shows the current prices and limits.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You can pay with an Azerbaijani bank card in manats (AZN), processed by Epoint (epoint.az) and the card-issuing bank, or with an international card or PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, which sells the subscription to you as our reseller (merchant of record), charges in its store currency, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and sends the receipt. We never see or store your full card number.
Plans renew automatically every month at the price shown on the Plans page, until you cancel. With an Azerbaijani card, your card is saved with Epoint and we charge it up to 12 hours before the 30-day period ends; with Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy charges the renewal.
You can cancel renewal at any time in your profile. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for; nothing more is charged.
With an Azerbaijani card, moving to a higher plan is charged in full and starts a new 30-day period straight away, and moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period. With Lemon Squeezy, plan changes apply straight away and the difference is prorated by Lemon Squeezy.
If a renewal payment fails, we let you know. With an Azerbaijani card we retry once a day for 3 days; Lemon Squeezy retries over about two weeks. If it still fails, the account moves to the Free plan.
Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or a payment was taken in error. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are also covered by Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. Write to us and we will look into any charge you don’t recognise.
Prices and plan features may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your renewals; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
copy or resell data from the service in bulk, or access it with automated tools except through the API with your own Pro API key and within its limits;
share your API key or let others use it;
try to break, overload or bypass the security or limits of the service;
use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass sellers or other people.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content and intellectual property
Listings, photos and descriptions belong to their authors and bina.az. The Bina Al software, design, analytics and estimates belong to Bina Al. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Bina Al is not liable for decisions made based on the service, or for losses arising from inaccurate listings or estimates, interruptions or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Baku, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
